Terms of use

Crewed Charters & Day Cruises are in Euro and include

Current VAT (Greece), fuel, crew (if crewed charter), drinks, food, and snorkeling equipment, paddleboard & guest transfers (for day cruises), Not included crew gratuities, and extras.

Transfers

Transfers can be arranged upon request for crewed charters. After completing your reservation, you may contact us if you wish to add the transfer service. For day cruises, the fee covers pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the designated pick-up location as stated in the confirmation provided, specifically during the correct time window and in the proper place.

Extra fees

Extra fees by independent providers, subject to availability, are payable directly by the charterer in cash before embarkation.

Prices

Include local taxes and VAT calculated per current rates applicable and valid to this date, subject to change without prior notice. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation occur after booking that result in a change of VAT and hence of the total amount(s) due, the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.

Payments

For crewed charters, 50% of the charter fee is due upon reservation, and day cruises must confirm the booking, with the balance payable before embarkation. No deposit means no booking. The sailing tour will only occur if all payments are confirmed in cleared funds on time. We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard and payment by check, wire transfer, or through a Stripe/PayPal account made out to Brama Yachts. Passengers will receive a confirmation once the booking is complete. Passengers are responsible for verifying the reservation details and immediately notifying us of any errors. We reserve the right to lower or raise our prices any time before the booking is confirmed. Unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation, all charges are considered additional charges

Day Cruises

  • In case of no show, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
  • If the booking is canceled on the scheduled date. A 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
  • If cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
  • If cancellation is made between 1 week and 48 hours, a 25% cancellation fee is applicable.
  • A single processing fee will apply if you cancel your deposit reservation more than seven days before departure. In the event of a no-show, your entire payment will be forfeited.

Important information

If there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements after confirmation, the flight may be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee is applicable.If we cannot provide the booked arrangements, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements of comparable standard. We will not be held liable for any cancellation due to bad weather, natural disasters other unforeseen circumstances, or other causes beyond our control or direct involvement.

Insurance

Brama Yachts, a service provider for sea excursions, outlines its subsidiaries and associated agents for all services and disclaims any liability for property loss or damages resulting from death, personal injuries, or loss of services that may be sustained due to arising from or occur while engaged in any tour. This includes but is not limited to claims arising from the ownership, maintenance, use, operation, or control of any automobile, bicycle boat vehicle in a common carrier or otherwise, as well as claims resulting from failure delay or any issues caused by transportation companies for any reason during tours managed sponsored or procured by it otherwise.

Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with accommodation providers (hotels, self-catering, or others) or activity providers. Brama Yachts cannot, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be held liable for mismanagement, equipment failures, structural issues, facility problems, or the actions of the provider and/or its staff that result in injuries, death, delays, damage to personal belongings, or any other discomfort for travelers. However, we will assist individuals during and after the incident in any way we can, including addressing complaints, documenting the event, suggesting alternative solutions, and planning for these, if possible, at no charge; otherwise, at a discounted rate. Loss of Property: Brama Yachts is not responsible for any valuables or property lost during our excursions. Alcoholic drinks will be served after the snorkeling time. The management reserves the right to cancel the snorkeling without prior notice if alcoholic beverages are consumed.

Extraordinary events

In case of extraordinary events such as pandemics, terrorist attacks, or others affecting the good performance of our services or the coming of our customers, the above policies are not valid. Instead, we will issue a valid voucher until the end of next summer.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please report any issues that may arise during your trip to us within 15 days of your return by providing your booking number from our invoice along with any other relevant details.
